A cultural association wanted to make sponsorship accessible for a multilingual audience. We built a community platform where members can work in their own language, and every sponsorship contribution is received with one scan via SEPA transfer.
Asking for sponsorship shouldn't feel like a barrier or administrative burden.
Donations were disorganised
Amounts, messages, and IBAN had to be passed on manually. Incorrect references made accounting difficult.
Two language groups, one platform needed
Members spoke Dutch or Turkish. A monolingual approach always partially excluded one group.
No material to share
There was nothing to share on paper or social media that allowed people to contribute immediately.
Member and child registration on paper
Member registration was done via forms. Registration of children for educational lessons also happened on paper. All of that has been replaced, which saves at least 16 hours per week.
Tools versus payment tools
Separate payment providers meant fees, accounts, and extra bookkeeping. Far too much for a non-profit.

We built a community platform with central settings (org, IBAN, BIC) and a sponsorship flow that generates an EPC-compliant QR code in real-time. Scanning with your banking app automatically fills in payee, amount, and message.
